This is when ABUSES of POWER go way too far

 I come from AFRICA but lived in France for more than a decade before immigrating to Canada. I have also been to Germany and New Zealand - countries where POLICE VIOLENCES seem MUCH less prevalent than in France, the US or even Canada. However, I never expected that Canada, especially Alberta and to some extent Quebec, would face similar problems. I remember a story from 2002, when I was attending a university in Paris. A girl in my program was dating a Black man (in his early 20s) who was ambitious and determined to succeed and make a difference.
